Step 1: Measure according to desired use, double this length, add about 3cm and cut

Step 2: Draw the bandage onto the desired body part, cut the edge first. For padded joint bandage, apply a layer of cotton wool in second layer

Step 3: Fold the bandage back over itself and repeat this step

The elastic bandage also doubles up as a quick and effective way to secure wound dressings. Suitable to be used as a preventative or post-injury option to mitigate pain and provide temporary relief from aches and sprains. FOR KNEE BANDAGE: Measure about 8cm at either side of the knee. Double this length, add about 3cm and cut. Draw the bandage onto the knee, cut edge first. Fold the bandage back over itself, taking the second layer 3cm further than the first.
